    The mission of City Park Physical Therapy to the Lakeview and surrounding New Orleans areas, a community based outpatient rehabilitation facility. That will assist to rebuild each individuals health by restoring them to their optimal physical abilities after an injury or illness, thru the use of the latest treatment techniques and equipment for administering physical and occupational therapy. We will accomplish this by treating each individual with compassion, respect, with a hands-on approach.

    Our goal is to become your primary choice in our community for outpatient rehabilitation services relating to musculoskeletal disorders and injuries.

  • History

    City Park Physical Therapy is a family-owned practice that opened in July 2013 in the previous building where Plantation Coffee house resided before hurricane Katrina. We hope to continue what the Plantation Coffee house had inspired, as a neighborhood small business, privately owned to serve the surrounding area. We may be a new business but we have may years of experience in rehabilitation with a staff who has over 60 years plus combined experience. Our clinic has been completely renovated from scratch, what Katrina has destroyed we will rebuild as we will rebuild your health. Practice: Our practice consists of Outpatient Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. With a multidisciplinary approach as needed to solve and heal the problems caused by injuries and illnesses to the joints and soft tissue of the body. Our areas of expertise are:

    City Park Physical Therapy is a proud sponsor of Race to the Lake 10K for its inaugural year. Race to the Lake’s fundraising charity is The Gleason Foundation which is an organization created to generate awareness for ALS, raise funds for those living with ALS, and ultimately find a cure.
